The problem I have is that by giving them the compliment via the blog it publicly highlights that I find the person annoying and that gets very close to violating our corp blog policy. So I plan to follow through on this challenge privately and without credit. And isn't that the real point anyway?</content><link rel='edit' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/6019580276959260180/8721049133819541046/comments/default/5185065690244481849'/><link rel='self' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/6019580276959260180/8721049133819541046/comments/default/5185065690244481849'/><link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://www.thehappyemployee.com/2008/08/hr-challenge-compliments-to-annoying.html?showComment=1219082700000#c5185065690244481849' title=''/><author><name>talentedapps</name><uri>http://talentedapps.wordpress.com/</uri><email>noreply@blogger.com</email><gd:image xmlns:gd='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005' rel='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005#thumbnail' width='16' height='16' src='http://img1.blogblog.com/img/openid16-rounded.gif'/></author><thr:in-reply-to xmlns:thr='http://purl.org/syndication/thread/1.0' href='http://www.thehappyemployee.com/2008/08/hr-challenge-compliments-to-annoying.html' ref='tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6019580276959260180.post-8721049133819541046' source='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/6019580276959260180/posts/default/8721049133819541046' type='text/html'/><gd:extendedProperty xmlns:gd='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005' name='blogger.itemClass' value='pid-706705230'/></entry></feed>
